1) Your Holiday Booking
On completing your booking whether online or by telephone, you (the party leader) accept these terms and conditions. The party leader must be at least 21 and authorised to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions by all persons named on the booking, including those substituted or added by an agreed amendment of the booking. All correspondence and documents are sent to the party leader who is responsible for making all payments in respect of the booking and for ensuring that members of the party are kept informed of details affecting their arrangements.
Availability: PPG cannot guarantee any holiday we have quoted you is available at the time you choose to book your holiday. Availability for our products and services changes regularly. Availability for a quoted PPG holiday property, and its connected activities, accommodation and any other products or services, whether received by the customer over the telephone, post, in person or via email, is subject to availability, which can change at any time. The services or products quoted for by Pure Property Group may not be available at the time of booking.
On receipt of your completed booking form we will send written Reservation Confirmation Bulletin of your accommodation to you. Subject to the availability of your chosen arrangements, we will confirm your booking on behalf of the supplier (s) concerned by issuing a Confirmed Reservation Bulletin. Please check the document and any other documents issued by us as soon as you receive it to make sure that all information is correct. Accommodation is reserved only for the use of persons named on the confirmation/invoice so please check the confirmation and any other documents carefully, and notify us immediately if any detail is not correct.
A binding contract between you (the party leader) and the supplier will come into existence when you have paid a deposit (or full payment if booking within 10 weeks of departure) and we confirm your booking in writing. Your contract is governed by European law, as is any matter arising from it. Bookings may not be assigned or passengers substituted except in accordance with these agency terms and conditions of business.
2) Payment
In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 35% (or full payment if booking within 10 weeks of departure) must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below. The balance of the cost of your stay must be received not less than 10 weeks prior to departure (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time your supplier reserves the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you, retain any deposits held and require you to pay the cancellation charges as specified in clause 7 – If you cancel your booking. Prices are quoted in Euros. Please check the conversion rate against your own currency for an approximate equivalent value. The charge to your credit card or debit card will be made for the euro amount quoted.
Credit and debit card charges may apply and are additional to the price of your booking with us. See clause 3).
3) No-surcharge guarantee
Whatever happens the price of your accommodation plus applicable supplements, as prevailing at the time you book and pay your deposit, subject only to the correction of errors, will be guaranteed against any increase. This guarantee is subject to the conditions of payments being adhered to as previously set out. All surcharges will be clearly marked out in the Confirmation Reservation Bulletin you will receive on paying your 35% deposit/full payment. The supplier reserves the right to increase or decrease published prices of unsold accommodation at any time. The price of your chosen accommodation will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4) Your Holiday Accommodation
This is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation invoice and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed by the supplier, confirmed by us in writing and any additional payments made. You may arrive at your accommodation anytime after 15.00 hours. However , if you expect to arrive after 20.00 hours advise us so that arrangements can be made with the local key holder – In some instances there may be a charge for late arrivals.
You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. This is normally 10.00 hours but the exact timing will be shown on your Confirmation Reservation Bulletin. Any requests for late departure must be made in writing and agreed by Pure Property Group and the Property Supplier. These confirmations will be outlined in the Confirmation Reservation Bulletin supplied to you upon receipt of your final/complete payment of your booking.
Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage of any item at the property or of the property itself during your stay, a charge will be made locally or after you leave the property to cover the cost of replacement or repair. Further charges will be made if extra cleaning is necessary after your departure. In some cases a deposit to cover such charges is payable locally.
You will be notified of this by the Property Supplier directly upon confirmed booking of the property. Additional optional facilities are available at some properties, e.g. satellite or cable TV, pool heating, telephone etc, and for which a supplement may be payable.

The web site contains photos and plans of the accommodation. This is based on specifications provided to us by the accommodation providers. The photos will only be a general representation of the accommodation, particularly when we offer more than one property from a particular complex or resort. Actual design, fixtures, furnishings and facilities may vary from those shown on the photos.
4a) Swimming Pools
Where swimming pools are protected by fence and gate, cover or alarm, it is your responsibility to ensure that the swimming pool protection is correctly used at all times. You must be vigilant at all times when infants or non-swimmers are in your party, even when swimming pool protection is in place.
4b) Security Deposits
At certain properties a refundable security deposit is required which is in addition to the price of the property price. Details of the amount, when it should be paid and any other administration issues will be included with your Confirmed Reservation Bulletin. Where we accept the security deposit from you we do so as agent for the supplier. The supplier (or us on behalf of the supplier) will only return a security deposit after the accommodation has been inspected at the end of your stay. The security deposit may be returned on departure or within 28 days after the holiday (depending on the supplier’s policy). Should any damage be caused to the accommodation or its contents or any extra cleaning be required, you will be required to reimburse the cost of repair or pay for any replacement items or extra cleaning required. Such costs will be deducted from the security deposit. As agent only we do not and will not get involved in any disputes between you and the supplier involving security deposits. The insurance that you arrange for your holiday must cover you and all of your party against losses arising from damages and breakages.
4c) Behaviour
When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. You should ensure you have appropriate travel insurance to protect you if this situation arises. (Please also see clauses 15 and 16 below). If in the reasonable opinion of any accommodation supplier, you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, that supplier is entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the holiday of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation. We and the supplier will not have any further responsibility toward such person(s) including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and we and the supplier will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination. Local communities expect certain standards of behaviour; all guests are required to observe them.
5) Special Requests and Medical Problems
Special requests are also often made to us. Where requested in advance and in writing, we will pass them on to the supplier who will endeavour to provide the additional service(s) or special request(s) where possible but we regret these cannot be guaranteed. Failure to make provision of such service will not be a breach of this contract on our part and the accommodation supplier’s maximum liability will be a refund of any supplement paid.
If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability that may affect your stay, please tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can advise the supplier and seek guidance as to the suitability of the chosen arrangements. In any event, you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking. If the supplier reasonably feels unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, they reserve the right to decline your reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when they become aware of these details.
6) Changes by you
If you need to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible and we will pass them onto the supplier. Whilst the supplier will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet any such requests. Where these change requests can be met, an amendment fee of €35 per person may be payable together with any costs imposed by the supplier.
7) If you cancel your booking
To cancel the entire holiday or any component, the Party Leader must write to (sent recorded delivery), fax or email our Reservations department. Our contact details are stated on your booking confirmation. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your letter or e-mail. If you cancel after we confirm your booking, you must compensate us for losses, as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking. The closer your cancellation is to the departure date, the less likely we are to recover the costs by re-selling the holiday. Our cancellation charges therefore increase as the departure date approaches, as shown below. If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover the cancellation charges. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned. When only some members cancel in a group that has booked a holiday together, the charge will be based on the price of their holiday only. Remaining passengers in the group must pay any increased costs for the holiday, including the full accommodation cost.
8 ) The following cancellation charges apply
If you cancel after receipt of your deposit, you will forfeit the deposit amount (usually 35% of the total amount due).
If you cancel between 70 and 57 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
If you cancel between 56 and 28 days before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be retained.
If you cancel less than 28 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be retained.
Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
NB Cancellation due to most reasons genuinely beyond your control (except disinclination to travel or financial reasons) is usually covered by a travel insurance policy and it is a condition of booking that this is taken out.
9) Changes or Cancellations by the Supplier
Occasionally your supplier may have to make changes and correct errors to the website description and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancelled bookings. Whilst they will always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations they must reserve the right to do so and will offer you and alternative accommodation where possible. If a supplier alters or cancels your booking we will advise you as soon as possible but we regret that we cannot pay expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation. Any refunds or compensation will be solely at the discretion of the supplier.
10) Complaints
We would hope that you would not be dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday. However in the event that you are dissatisfied you must report the cause to the key holder or local agent or supplier to allow them to rectify the problem. In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied or your supplier is unable to resolve your concern please contact us either whilst in resort or within 28 days of your return and our customer service team will try to assist you. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint.
11) Our Liability to you
For the avoidance of doubt your booking is directly with the accommodation supplier. We act only as an agent for the suppliers, and therefore accept no liability whatsoever for any death personal injury, consequential loss or damage of whatever kind, unless caused by our own negligence. Spanish law governs any matters or disputes concerning our agency responsibility and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. In all cases the absolute maximum liability of Pure Property Group Ltd is the total price paid by you the customer for the specific booking related to any given complaint
12) Force Majeure
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, neither the supplier nor we can accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by ‘force majeure’. In these Booking Conditions ‘force majeure’ means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, closures of ports and ferries, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions, government action or other events outside our control. Holiday insurance, if you choose to take it, provides cover in respect of some of these events.
13) Other
Passports and Visas:
For citizens not travelling on a passport issued by a member of the European Union it is possible that a visa is required. It is the responsibility of the party leader to confirm that all members of the party have valid passports and, where necessary, valid entry visa.
Local activities, facilities and excursions:
Some facilities, activities and excursions detailed on our website could involve an element of risk. These activities, facilities and excursions are neither run nor controlled by us. If you wish to participate, purchase or make use of any optional activities, facilities or excursions that are not part of your pre booked holiday, Pure Property Group cannot accept liability in relation to these. The contract for the provision of that activity, facility or excursion will be between you and that provider. Usually these locally paid for activities, facilities and excursions will be subject to local law and jurisdiction. The discretion to partake in any such activities, facilities, or excursions is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for taking sensible precautions for your own safety and for the safety of any children or family members for whom you are responsible. Please liaise with the supplier of the facility, activity or excursion for their conditions.
Pure Property Group does not endorse any particular accommodation or travel product. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this web site (including information about accommodation facilities) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that Pure Property Group cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.
14) Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that all persons have Travel Insurance. This will usually cover the costs incurred through the inability to travel through illness, your death or that of a close relative, loss of baggage, repatriation in the event of illness and also other benefits. It is a requirement that the costs arisen from these conditions and the costs of repatriation are covered by the insurance
Payment protection: The safest way to protect yourself is to use your credit card. As long as the transaction bears the name of the company you are booking with, your credit card issuer will refund any losses. If you use a debit card or a charge card, you may not be protected.
